How do I prepare for my service?
To help provide you with the best tire service experience, please follow these guidelines:
- Make sure your vehicle is parked on a level surface.
If your car uses a lug nut key, make sure to have it nearby.
Ensure that there is enough space on all four sides of your vehicle.

About 15-30 minutes from the time of your appointment, our technician will call you and meet you outside. Please maintain an appropriate social distance.
What if there is extreme weather?
The safety of our team and our customers is always a priority. Our technicians are unable to work during extreme weather conditions such as hail, severe rain, snowstorms or while an extreme cold warning is in effect. Should weather conditions prevent us from providing service, one of our tire services representatives will contact you to reschedule.
