    Location: Stony Plain, AB

    Description 

    At Tire Needs On Wheels, we're taking the hassle out of tire services by bringing the tire shop to our customers’ doors. Whether it’s a flat tire repair, seasonal tire swap or a fleet service, we’re all about convenience, quality and best-in-class customer service. We’re looking for a hands-on and friendly Mobile Tire Technician who enjoys working independently, driving around our beautiful city and keeping customers rolling!

    No two days are ever the same for a Mobile Tire Technician with Tire Needs On Wheels. If you're someone who enjoys freedom from an shop and traveling the open roads, this might be the job for you!

    What You’ll Do

    • Travel across Edmonton and surrounding areas in a fully equipped service vehicle.

    • Perform tire installations, rotations, repairs, and seasonal changeovers on cars, SUVs and light trucks.

    • Diagnose and fix tire-related issues efficiently and professionally.

    • Provide excellent customer service and educate clients about tire maintenance.

    • Keep service records, collect payments and and ensure equipment is in top shape.

    • Represent the Tire Needs On Wheels brand with a friendly attitude and a commitment to quality work.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record

    • Experience with tire installation, repair and rotations

    • Ability to lift and move heavy tires and tools up to 50lbs safely

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

    • A customer-focused attitude with great communication skills

    • Punctual, reliable and takes pride in quality workmanship

    • Flexible availability, especially during seasonal peaks (early spring/late fall)

    • Previous automotive and/or mobile service experience is an asset, but not required

    • Must be based in or willing to commute to the Stony Plain area

    Description 

    At Tire Needs On Wheels, we’re all about rolling convenience, quality, and top-tier customer service straight to our clients’ driveways. As the Tire Services Representative, you’re the friendly voice (and sometimes text!) on the other side of the line, helping customers book appointments, answering questions, and making sure things roll smoothly behind the scenes.

    If you're someone who’s organized, upbeat, and loves helping people, this is your chance to be the glue that holds our service team together.

    What You’ll Do

    • Handle inbound calls, texts, emails and online bookings from customers.

    • Manage scheduling for mobile tire services across Edmonton and surrounding areas.

    • Answer inquiries about services, pricing and availability.

    • Coordinate with the mobile tech team to ensure efficient routing and timely service.

    • Process cancellations, reschedules and special requests with professionalism.

    • Keep customer records up to date and maintain smooth communication with the ops team.

    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

    • Basic computer knowledge and experience with scheduling tools.

  • Job Type: Part-Time

    Compensation: $28/hr - $35/hr

    Location: Stony Plain, AB

    Description 

    At Tire Needs On Wheels, our mobile service vans are the heart of what we do — and we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Fleet Maintenance Specialist to keep them in top shape. This role is essentially an in-house mechanic responsible for inspecting, repairing and maintaining our fleet of service vehicles.

    If you’re someone who takes pride in well-running equipment, enjoys working independently, and wants to be part of a small but mighty team, this role is a perfect fit.

    What You’ll Do

    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of service vans and support vehicles

    • Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs efficiently

    • Track service intervals, maintenance logs and inspection reports

    • Conduct pre-trip and periodic inspections to ensure vehicles are road-safe

    • Source parts and manage basic inventory for vehicle maintenance supplies

    • Coordinate any major repairs with external service providers as needed

    • Support seasonal prep (winter/summer) to keep the fleet optimized for all conditions

    • Work closely with our operations team to schedule downtime for servicing

    What We’re Looking For

    • Red Seal certification or equivalent mechanical experience preferred

    • Experience working with light-duty commercial vehicles (Ford Transit, etc.)

    • Strong knowledge of basic diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance

    • Excellent attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

    • Ability to stay organized and self-manage workflow

    • Comfortable working in a shop environment with occasional outdoor work

    • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record

    • A team player who’s ready to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes

As our Tire Sales Representative, you'll help customers pick the right set of tires based on their needs, budget and driving style. Whether it’s over the phone, online or through email, you’re there to make sure every customer gets the perfect fit.

    This is a great opportunity if you’re part-sales, part-support and love chatting tires all day!

    What You’ll Do

    • Assist customers in selecting and ordering tires via phone, email, or online chat.

    • Provide knowledgeable advice on tire brands, specs, warranties, and pricing.

    • Follow up on leads, quotes, and past customers due for changeovers.

    • Work closely with the service team to ensure timely installation and delivery.

    • Track orders and ensure a seamless customer experience from quote to installation.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Solid understanding of tire types and brands (training available).

    • A friendly, persuasive communicator who’s comfortable selling.

    • Highly organized and able to manage quotes and follow-ups.

    • Previous experience in automotive or retail sales is an asset.

    • Self-motivated and ready to hit performance goals.
