Here's What To Expect
A flat tire doesn’t have to ruin your day! Our mobile technician will assess the damage and (if repairable) patch or plug the puncture, reinflate the tire, and check for leaks to make sure it's roadworthy. Safety always comes first here, so you can drive with confidence knowing your tire is properly fixed. If the tire is beyond repair (like with sidewall damage or large punctures), a $30 non-refundable call-out fee applies. But don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! That fee can be used as a credit toward a new tire purchase with us, so you’re not out of pocket for nothing.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We believe in transparent pricing and flexible scheduling for a hassle-free experience! While we aim for upfront pricing, some vehicle types and tire specs may require extra labor and handling. Light trucks, SUVs, low-profile, run-flat tires, and those 20" or larger may have a $5 per tire surcharge. Pricing may also vary based on vehicle specs and service complexity. Your technician will always disclose any extra fees before work begins — you’re free to decline service with no obligation. Need to cancel an upcoming service? No problem!
