For posted photos, all efforts are made to ensure no personal identifiable information such as faces, license plates and house numbers are included. Should your personal identifiable information be included in any photo posted by Tire Needs On Wheels, you may, at any time, request that the photo be deleted or removed from our website.

Tire Needs On Wheels is proud to stand by the quality of our work. All service bookings are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for 6,000 km or 6 months — whichever comes first. If you experience a warranty-related issue with a serviced vehicle, Tire Needs On Wheels will perform the service again, free of charge (including parts and labor), under warranty terms. We may also issue refund of the cost of your service.
This warranty is only for you (the "Client") and the vehicle serviced, and is non-transferable. Warranties are limited to the abovementioned duration and do not cover consequential damages. Tire Needs On Wheels reserves the right to, within its full discretion, determine what constitutes as consequential damage. If after a reasonable number of attempts, the issue has not been fixed under warranty, you will be issued a full refund.
Tire Needs On Wheels reserves the right to refuse service based on safety concerns. For example, if your vehicle has damaged mounting hardware or is missing lug nuts. There is no charge to you if we refuse service. Per your choice, and based on the assessment of your technician, you may request to have the service carried out under a warranty wavier and at your own risk.
